Staged to Sell: Master Bedrooms
For many prospective homebuyers, finding a home with a perfect master bedroom is the key to closing a deal. Masters are one of the most frequented areas of any home, so it is important to people that they feel comfortable there. Since this room is so integral to any sale, it is important to dress it up in a manner that not only celebrates the architecture and environment of the home, but also speaks to the potential personal style of the buyer.
The KCD Staging team takes many variables into account as we stage a home for a sale, such as considering who will be most likely interested in viewing and purchasing it. By catering to the tastes of potential buyers, we are able to help shorten the time on market and increase the closing price. Take a look at these recent bedroom stagings we have completed throughout the Puget Sound and you’ll see how variations in staging speak to the home and the buyer.
1. Chateau Chic

For this Bellevue home staging our team went with a chateau chic style. It offers a warm, modern feel with a hint of vintage charm spread throughout. This is a hot style right now that is popular with young professionals looking for their first house, as well as veteran homebuyers who are in the market for an upgrade.
2. Countryside Farmhouse

We staged this luxury Snohomish home in the style of a countryside farmhouse. Since this home sat on nearly 5 acres, it offered great views from every window and door, including out of this guest bedroom. To compliment the views, we chose to dress the home with rustic charm, which included the use of a beautiful wicker headboard and a matching color scheme.
3. Fundamentally Contemporary

This design style is defined by simplicity, subtle sophistication and deliberate use of space with clean lines, which made it a perfect choice for this Bellevue home. These stylized Interiors are designed to showcase the volume of space offered by the home. By focusing on the contemporary bones of architecture the interior appears sleek, casual and fresh.
4. Modern Living

When choosing to style this Kirkland home we were drawn to its clean and clean lines. To complement the existing structure we chose a modern living motif. Modern styling generally uses a simple colour palette and employs a sense of simplicity in every element of the home, including furniture.
5. Urban Living

Urban design style combines showcasing open spaces with modern pragmatism, which worked very well for this Bellevue home. The style can trace its roots to urban structures, such as warehouses and loft-type apartment buildings. Just as those buildings were built to be used for a specific function, modern urban interior designs are meant to be lived in with comfort.
Our mission at KCD Staging is to help your home stand out by implementing styles that match the environment and the potential buyers. We would love to know, which is your favorite style out of these bedrooms?
